I am a qualified HR professional and Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and am a highly experienced HR professional with over 30 years experience of HR gained in a variety of sectors including education, private, public and the third sector.
Having worked at a senior level I have a wide portfolio of skills and generalist HR experience to draw on including; designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, change and restructuring, disciplinary and grievance matters and training.
I have successfully managed HR and training teams, am familiar with the strategic and operational issues which face organisations and how people management strategies and practices impact on these.
I ensure all aspects of your HR requirements can be met by working with other associates and professionals with specialist expertise, as and when required.
