I own and manage Byrne Jones HR and am a fully qualified HR professional with over 25 years experience in HR, at a strategic and operational level. I have worked in a wide variety of sectors including, education, childcare, hospitality, retail, private, public and charities.
Byrne Jones HR works with a number of associates across a variety of fields such as mediation, employment solicitors, health and safety, training and development. This ensures that I am able to meet clients full HR requirements.
Businesses have ever-increasing demands on their time and resources. Employment legislation can be challenging and it is inevitable that there will be times when line managers need support in managing difficult situations or just finding ways to get the best out of their staff. If staff are not managed effectively this can have a detrimental impact on the business and its reputation.
